Acceptance of Terms

By using IntrusionX services, you agree to these terms. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

Services

IntrusionX provides cybersecurity services as described in your service agreement. Service availability is subject to our service level agreements.

Payment

Subscription services are billed monthly or annually as selected. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

Cancellation

Month-to-month subscriptions can be cancelled at any time with no penalty. Annual subscriptions are non-refundable except as required by Australian Consumer Law.

Limitation of Liability

IntrusionX's liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant services in the preceding 12 months, except where excluded by law.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Victorian courts.
